I am so happy they are gone. I wanted them gone more than I want NY gone not that I don’t want NY gone but I have no faith in Detroit winning tonight or Texas beating them at all.

It kind of would have served Selig and Fox right if Tampa were to win. They NEVER make money.
But I’d rather “moisten” Damon’s eyes than lash out at MLB and Fox. A girl must have her priorities..
The year the Phillies and Tampa were in the world series they had the lowest ratings in years.
No one wants to see Tampa win so that whole under dog label did nothing for the ratings.

Tampa Bay being eliminated by the same team two consecutive years was wonderful to watch, especially with their putrid play at home. Once they relocate the fish in the aquarium safely off-site, they can go ahead and explode their tomb into oblivion and relocate the franchise. Of course, some of the debris will likely bounce off the catwalks and then have to be ruled “fair” or foul”…GO PHILS!
