Here is what I suspect happened. While you were on vacation, Youkie knew. He could feel your lack of presence and spirit. Where’s my wife, he kept thinking. Why is she not watching me? It upset him. Because he’s the clingy type…he needs you around always. I must do something extraordinary, he thought. 2 grand slams in 1 game. Nay, 3. Then she’ll start watching me again. So he pushed himself too hard, and alas, got injured. It’s nobody’s fault, really. These things happen when two people are in love.
