NINE. And. Um. John Lackey. Um. Can have some credit.

NINE.

THE hottest streak in MLB.

Let’s analyze this, shall we?

The only team that comes close?

Atlanta with SIX.

.600.

Remember those days where we would grimace as we approached .500 because we knew it would all go to hell?

Me neither.

Let’s compare that. Phillies are… .606.

Hmmm.

“It’s great, man. Pretty much everyone is locked in right now,’ said David Ortiz, who has four home runs and an astronomical 13 RBIs in the first six games of the current road trip. “We went through some struggles at the beginning of the season but we’ve got good hitters, guys who are capable of figuring it out. That’s what’s going on right now.”

So. Papi. On your off day. Could you give Tim Thomas a call?

Thanks.

Go Bruins.

And yeah, go Heat.

But can I be totally honest for a sec?

I don’t care about any of that today.

I ONLY care about…

THE TONY AWARDS!!!!!!!

I wonder if Papi could play goalie…. give Thomas a bit of a break. Better yet, he can play ‘guy who smashes Canucks into the boards and causes them to not be able to score or stand up any more.’ That’s a hockey position, right?

Tim Thomas is the man. He will stonewall the Canucks Monday night and back to Vancouver we go. It would be helpful if Papi could go along for Game 7, if only to serve as an enforcer. I would love to see him in skates.

Papi can play whatever position Chara plays. Better yet he can be Shawn Thornton.

Timmy is the man but the man needs help sometimes so SOMEONE on the Bruins betetr score 8 goals today and 10 on Wednesday

Bruins will win the Cup. Each game in Vancouver has been a razor-thin margin of victory for the Canucks. Boston has figured it out, is the better team and will win Game 7. Not to mention the CRUSHING pressure on Vancouver to win once more at home…and for dear old Canada (even though most of the country could care less)…and if you have two goaltenders you have none. (remember, I live outside Philly and we tried THREE this year!!!)
